Pour the excess back into the tin. Then heat the card in a toaster (or, if available, with a heat gun) so that the powder melts. It will take a moment for the first change to be visible. When the powder melts and bonds with the paper, the WOW effect occurs and a new technique has crept into your heart.As soon as the powder has completely melted, remove the card from the heat, otherwise bubbles may form.
