The prices mentioned on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. Shipping costs also include the statutory VAT.
Delivery Times for Ordering Multiple Items
If you order multiple items from us as part of an order, for which different delivery times apply, we will ship the goods in one consignment unless otherwise agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time applicable to the item in your order with the longest delivery time shall apply to the entire shipment.
Information on Calculation of Delivery Time
The deadline for delivery begins on the day following the payment order being issued to the transferring bank, or in the case of other payment methods, on the day following the conclusion of the contract, and ends with the expiry of the last day of the deadline. If the last day of the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a nationally recognized public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

Flat rate shipping fee of 1.60 euros with Deutsche Post
Parcel Delivery
Flat rate shipping fee of 2.80 euros
DHL Package Delivery
Flat rate shipping fee of 4.10 euros.
Due to its size, the design paper can only be shipped as a package.
Delivery to parcel stations is possible.
Free Shipping
For orders with a value of 50.00 euros or more, we offer free shipping within Germany using DHL.
Virtual Products:
When booking one of our workshop offers, no shipping costs apply as there is no product delivery involved.

International Standard Letter
Shipments up to 1 kg or smaller than 25 cm x 35.3 cm x 10 cm.
Flat rate shipping fee of 4.32 euros.
DHL International
Shipments weighing more than 1 kg or larger than 25 cm x 35.3 cm x 10 cm. Flat rate shipping fee of 13 euros.
Free Shipping
For orders with a value of 150.00 euros or more (including 19% VAT), we offer free shipping.
The shipping costs will be clearly indicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
Information on Delivery Times
The additional maximum duration for shipping within the EU is 4 days. These must be added to the delivery time stated for each respective item.
Shipping to Switzerland - shipping with DHL
Shipping to countries subject to customs duties currently takes place once a week.
International goods post
Shipments up to 1 kg or smaller than 25 cm x 35.3 cm x 10 cm.
Shipping costs 5.34 Euro.
DHL international
Shipments heavier than 1 kg or larger than 25 cm x 35.3 cm x 10 cm. Shipping costs 17,35 Euro.
Free shipping
From an order value of 150.00 euros (incl. 19% VAT) we ship free of charge.

Please note: For deliveries to non-EU countries, fees, taxes and customs duties may be incurred that are not included in the total price displayed. These possible fees, import sales taxes and customs duties shall be borne in full by the buyer and are not included in our shipping costs.
