Place the motif on your piece of paper with the side of the protective film removed. Now crank the piece of paper with the motif through the die-cutting machine. Here you use the usual set-up of your plates, which you also use for punching. After cranking through, you can carefully peel off the upper backing paper. Now place a piece of "Hot Foil" foil on your motif and crank it through the die-cutting machine once more. Then carefully peel off the foil and your glossy result is ready.
